Ingredients
- ½ banana sliced
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp ViSalus Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix Sweet Cream Flavor
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey, divided
- ¼ cup of coconut milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in frying pan, then add banana slices and cook for 2 minutes on each side until they are golden, drizzle 1 tbsp honey on the bananas and set aside
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix coconut flour, ViSalus nutritional shake, cocoa powder, & baking powder to until well combined
- Add remaining honey and milk and mix until no clumps, then add egg and whisk until it is fully incorporated
- Fold in chocolate chip
- Microwave for 3 minutes, top with caramelized bananas (and optional chocolate syrup) and enjoy warm!
