- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, melted
- ¾ cup organic cane sugar
- 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops of Vi Shape Protein Mix
- ½ cup safflower oil
- 2 vegan egg subs or 2 eggs
- ½ cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 bananas, sliced for topping
- Extra warm peanut butter to drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray standard loaf with coconut oil spray.
- Beat all wet ingredients then mix in all dry ingredients.
- Pour batter in loaf pan, take banana slices and place them in the center gently pressing down.
- Bake for 1 hour.
