  • -2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • ΒΌ cup ViSalus Vi-Shape
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  1. Mix wet ingredients separate from dry ingredients
  2. Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips in food processor until batter is smooth
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir
  4. Transfer batter into muffin pan using parchment paper muffin liners and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top for fun
  5. Bake at 375F for about 25-30 minutes until the tops of muffins are set
