  • 2 Scoops of ViShape Shake Mix
  • 8.5 oz. Non-Fat Milk, or Soy, Rice or Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp. Instant Coffee
  • ½ tsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Drop of Vanilla Essence
  • ½ Cup of Ice
  1. Let the ice sink to the bottom and to get crushed, otherwise you will get a very frothy shake.
