No one can resist the temptation of freshly baked Dark Chocolate Peppermint Protein Brownies. How about adding a little twist to the mix with some peppermint? I say "YES PLEASE!"

  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup chopped Medjool dates
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts (optional)
  • 2 scoops of ViSalus Vi-Shape
  • 2 drops pure peppermint extract
  • Dash of sea salt
  1. Soak dates in warm water so they soften for about 1 hour
  2. Blend all ingredients together in food processor
  3. Spoon mixture into any deep dish pan lined with cling wrap
  4. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours
  5. Top with crushed peppermint
