1 cup raw cacao powder
½ cup melted coconut oil
1 cup chopped Medjool dates
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup raw walnuts (optional)
2 scoops of ViSalus Vi-Shape
2 drops pure peppermint extract
Dash of sea salt
Instructions
Soak dates in warm water so they soften for about 1 hour
Blend all ingredients together in food processor
Spoon mixture into any deep dish pan lined with cling wrap
Place in fridge for 1-2 hours
Top with crushed peppermint
