  1. Heat coconut oil in frying pan, then add banana slices and cook for 2 minutes on each side until they are golden, drizzle 1 tbsp honey on the bananas and set aside
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix coconut flour, ViSalus nutritional shake, cocoa powder, & baking powder to until well combined
  3. Add remaining honey and milk and mix until no clumps, then add egg and whisk until it is fully incorporated
  4. Fold in chocolate chip
  5. Microwave for 3 minutes, top with caramelized bananas (and optional chocolate syrup) and enjoy warm!
