1 cup almond butter ⅔ cup sucanat or sweetener of choice 2 eggs 4 heaping scoops Vi Shape Nutritional Shake Mix - Click to Buy ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Splash of water or almond milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together almond butter and sucanat. Add in eggs, protein powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla extra and mix until completely blended. Add a splash of water or almond milk to get the mixture to be pourable. Spray an 8X8 baking pan with non-stick spray and pour in blondie protein mixture . Spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Cut into squares and try not to eat the whole pan.
