  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ⅔ cup sucanat or sweetener of choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 heaping scoops Vi Shape Nutritional Shake Mix - Click to Buy
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Splash of water or almond milk
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together almond butter and sucanat.
  3. Add in eggs, protein powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla extra and mix until completely blended.
  4. Add a splash of water or almond milk to get the mixture to be pourable.
  5. Spray an 8X8 baking pan with non-stick spray and pour in blondie protein mixture.
  6. Spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Cut into squares and try not to eat the whole pan.
